Veuve Clicquot - the man who mixes a masterpiece
Dominique Demarville, Chef de Caves of Veuve Clicquot champagne, is interviewed by David Weston of HospitalityToday.TV on how he creates "Yellow Label", one of the world's most renowned champagnes, every year by mixing between 500 and 600 wines. The exclusive interview took place at the ICA, The Mall, London in March 2011, and followed a unique tasting of Yellow Label releases from 2007 back to an amazing 1953.
